Reflection Assignment Purpose
The Vagus Nerve Reset Reflection provides an opportunity to observe your own experience and deepen your understanding of the practices taught throughout the course.
Consider:
- What have you learned about your nervous system?
- Which practice has been most valuable for you?
- What changes have you noticed throughout the course?
- How has your understanding of breath, movement and awareness developed?
- How will you continue applying these practices in your daily life?
The reflection is not about producing a perfect answer. It is about developing self-awareness, recognising personal progress and continuing your practice beyond the course.
