Learn More About Sifu Sahu
I began my meditation and visualisation training during the early 90’s. In 1996, before attending college, I started training with a spiritual mentor. This is when my internal alchemy training begun. Later, in 2004, while studying at the London Osteopathic School, my Chi Gong journey began. This was a pivotal moment for me, as it opened my eyes to a deeper understanding and appreciation of the internal arts, and Nei Kung.
In 2007, I started training in Wudang Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Gong under the supervision of Grand Master Instructor Amun Ka El. After years of dedication and commitment, I earned my 1st Degree in Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung in 2014.
As a Professional Musculoskeletal Sports Therapist, I apply my knowledge of anatomy and functional movement to my Tai Chi and Chi Gong classes. I focus on teaching the biomechanics of movement, whether in defensive or offensive situations. From my own experience, I’ve learned that inaction often leads to worsening conditions, which can create unnecessary stress. For me, the philosophy of “Know Thyself”, and ‘No mind” is central.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my knowledge as a presenter, or guest presenter on various platforms, including Radio Stations, YouTube, Zoom, Teams, Retreats, Workshops, and Conferences. Through these opportunities, I’ve delivered classes, presentations, and demonstrations on Tai Chi, Chi Kung, holistic health, and martial arts, inspiring others to explore these transformative practices.
