Level 5: Red Sash/Belt – Certification Outcome
Upon successful completion of the Red Belt Level, students will:
- Receive your RedBelt/Sash Certification, marking your continued journey into the Ptah Khi training in Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Nei Kung, and Nei Dan journey. This certification is recognised by the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts (BCCMA) and Black Belt Certification is endorsed by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
- Acquire foundational skills in structural alignment, breathwork, and internal energy awareness, forming the basis for all future training.
- Understand the physiological benefits of Tai Chi and breathwork, including their effects on the body, nervous system, and overall well-being.
- Be fully prepared to progress to Level 6: Brown Sash training, equipped with the knowledge and skills to advance safely and effectively.
