  5. Eight Power Sequence: Introduction into meditation in motion, using the internal Tai Chi Chuan forces. 
  6. Tai Chi Partner Drills: 5 Elements & 7 Stars – Core exercises to build coordination, rooting, and martial application. 
  7. Final Practical Assessment & Integration – Demonstration of integrated learning and Yellow Sash proficiency.
