  6. Tai Chi Drills: Four Directions Partner Drill Square and Round, Reeling Silk & 9 Palaces Solo Drill – Develop coordination, spatial awareness, and adaptive energy flow.
  7. Final Practical Assessment & Integration – Demonstrate full mastery of integrated movements and energy work.
