Online Assessment
To successfully complete this level, students must:
- Submit a video demonstrating:
- Wudang Short Hand Form – Up to Box the Ears
- Aquar Balance
- Saluting the Sun
- Energy Bends
- Health Without Pills 5 & 6
- Re-Qi Shaafuy Partner Healing
- Reeling Silk Solo Drill
- Mirengai (9 Palaces): Solo Drill
- 4 Winds Partner Drill (Square & Round)
- Upload a practice log tracking progress (minimum 4 weeks of entries)
- Complete a short online quiz for each module, covering:
- Internal force names and definitions
- Basic physiological and biomechanical concepts
- Breathwork and Chi Kung knowledge
Reflective Practice
As you complete Gold Sash training, you’re invited to explore:
- What does effortless power mean to me?
- Where in my life am I still resisting rather than flowing?
- How has the practice of flowing with compared to resisting influenced my inner balance?
Optional journal reflections may be shared privately or posted in the student community.
